- About MutiSquare
MutiSquare is an online platform and directory that helps users discover and connect with independent traditional healers and other practitioners offering traditional, cultural, spiritual and related services.
Practitioners may create or submit listings containing information about themselves and the services they provide.
MutiSquare provides the platform and directory and does not itself provide the practitioner services advertised through practitioner listings.
- Personal Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use MutiSquare, we may collect information such as:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Telephone or WhatsApp number
- Account and registration information
- Practitioner or business name
- Practitioner profile information
- Location and areas served
- Languages spoken
- Services or specialities offered
- Photographs and other information submitted for a listing
- Messages and enquiries submitted through the website
- Information relating to the administration of a MutiSquare account or listing

- Practitioner Information Displayed Publicly
Practitioners should understand that information submitted for a public practitioner listing may be displayed publicly on MutiSquare.
This may include the practitioner’s name or business name, profile photograph, telephone or WhatsApp number, location or areas served, languages, consultation information, services, specialities and other information intentionally supplied for publication.
Practitioners should not submit information to their public profile that they do not want members of the public to see.
- How We Use Personal Information
MutiSquare may use personal information to:
- Create and administer accounts and practitioner listings
- Publish information that a practitioner has submitted for public display
- Operate and maintain the MutiSquare directory
- Respond to enquiries and support requests
- Communicate with practitioners and users
- Review, administer or moderate listings
- Prevent misuse, spam, fraud or unlawful activity
- Improve the functionality and security of the website
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Personal information will not be used for purposes that are incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected unless permitted by law.
- Contact Between Customers and Practitioners
MutiSquare allows users to obtain contact information for independent practitioners.
Where a customer contacts a practitioner directly, subsequent communication between that customer and practitioner may take place outside MutiSquare.
Practitioners are independently responsible for how they collect, use, store and protect personal information received directly from their customers.
- Payments to Practitioners
Customers currently pay practitioners directly.
MutiSquare does not currently collect, process or hold payments made by customers to practitioners for consultations or practitioner services.
Payment information provided directly to a practitioner is therefore handled by that practitioner or the relevant payment service used by them and not by MutiSquare.
- Sharing of Personal Information
MutiSquare does not sell personal information.
Personal information may be shared where reasonably necessary with service providers that assist in operating, hosting, maintaining, securing or supporting the website.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, regulatory requirement or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of MutiSquare, its users or others.
Public information contained in practitioner listings will naturally be accessible to users and visitors of the website.
